Dariusz Żuk
Dariusz Żuk is a visionary entrepreneur and a key figure in the development of Poland’s startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem. With a strong passion for fostering innovation and empowering young entrepreneurs, Dariusz has played a pivotal role in transforming Poland into a dynamic hub for startups and business ventures.
He founded the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubators (AIP) in 2004, supporting over 20,000 startups. In 2011, he launched Poland’s first co-working network, business.link, now a leader in the CEE region with over 30,000 square meters of space and exited to Skanska.
Dariusz founded AIP Seed, one of the first seed funds in Europe, designed to support startups in their earliest stages. He is the Chair of YPO Polish Chapter and a member of Endeavor Poland. He is also a co-founder and Limited Partner in the first two bValue VC funds.
