Consent to data processing*

I provide my consent to the processing of the data referred to above by the AIP SEED ASI S.A.' No. KRS 0000940391 , correspondence address: Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14, 00-535 Warsaw, Poland, being the Controller of the personal data, as well as by entities of the same group, for marketing (including profiling), statistical and analytical purposes.

Consent to dispatch of commercial communications*

I hereby give my consent to the dispatching by the AIP SEED ASI S.A.' No. KRS 0000940391 , correspondence address: Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14, 00-535 Warsaw, Poland, being the Controller of the personal data as well as by the entities of the same group and entities cooperating with the Controller, of commercial communications by electronic means and by telephone, using the contact data provided above, in pursuance of the Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144 Item 1204 as amended).

We inform that the AIP SEED ASI S.A.' No. KRS 0000940391 , correspondence address: Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14, 00-535 Warsaw, Poland shall be the Controller of the personal data provided above that need to be processed for the purposes of the Project evaluation / performance of the AIP SEED Programme and for the purposes arising from the consent provided. Appropriate technical and organisational measures designated to protect against unauthorised or unlawful personal data processing as well as accidental loss, destruction or damage of personal data shall be applied with respect to the data processing. Personal data shall not be kept for a period longer than necessary and permitted by the law. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to pursue the aim specified in your consent. The Controller shall not outsource the personal data processing without your prior consent, except for carefully selected service providers performing specific functions on behalf of the Controller (e.g. companies assisting the Controller in the provision of services to clients, technology services, data storage and integration, payment processing and order deliveries) and the group companies as listed above. You have the right to access your data and to correct, rectify and (within the scope as provided by the law) to erase, restrict processing and object to processing. In the event of becoming aware of any unlawful personal data processing, you are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data processing, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection seated in Warsaw.
